One of Lady’s Island’s original waterfront communities, Pleasant Point features 400 acres of sprawling live oaks, sweeping marshfront vistas, a golf course and a range of home styles, all conveniently located to schools and shopping. The streets are perfect for bicycle rides, walks and jogs. This is an active community of many ages, from young families to retirees, all enjoying the finest of Lowcountry life. From the view across a jade-green marsh flecked with egrets and Great Blue Herons, it’s easy to see why Pleasant Point is a highly-desired neighborhood.
